Specialty lettuce mix in the field

We're a self-sustaining 55-acre certified organic farm growing specialty salad greens and herbs. We're tucked away in the friendly folds of the Northumberland Hills - east of Toronto, west of Kingston - in southern Ontario, Canada. Nature bestows us (by and large) with the ideal cold winters, hot summers and glacial till sandy loam soil for growing salad greens and a number of culinary and medicinal herbs, including garlic, lavender, echinacea. Our two hoophouses enable us to extend our growing season into March, April, November and December.

Look for our premium pre-washed salad greens, heirloom vegetables, garlic, lavender, fresh & dried herbs, herbal teas, and 100% grass-fed Heritage Beef at Evergreen Brickworks Farmers Market (Saturdays, 8am - 1pm, May to October; 9am - 1pm, April, November, December). Our vegetables, herbs and herbal products are featured at Warkworth Market at the Mews (Fridays, 2 - 6pm, May to October).

You will also find our produce at a few select restaurants in Northumberland County.
